- Floor frame on Teflon shims and rubber seal to floor -- no wood touches the floor. Height adjustable for extreme uneven floors optional.

Framing
- Sandwich panel construction with optimal insulation properties and heat reflecting vapor barrier.
- Highest grade T&G kiln dried panels with selection from Tight Knot to clear Vertical Grain material.
- Monitored moisture content less than 10% -- all this to ensure minimal shrinkage and warpage.
- Smoothest panel finishing. All interior panels are first planed to reach the smoothest finishing possible -- no splintering on surface.
- Control panel provided with all necessary electric components for your sauna, as well as easy access for hook-up to your home electrical system.
Setup
- Unique European interlocking hardware between panels to ensure maximum sealing, easy assembling and dismantling.
- All panel framing planed to ensure accurate fit. All members are screwed and glued together to ensure maximum strength and durability.
- Ceiling trim to give a nice finish look as well as enhancing cabin strength and air tightness in ceiling area.
Doors
- All our doors have rubber seal and are fitted with European hardware (Door latch exclusively engineered for sauna doors, hinges adjustable and maintenance free with Teflon pins) . Wood framed doors are extra insulated and also contain a heat reflecting vapor barrier. Windows in doors are tempered double pane glass for your safety.
Ventilation
- Ventilation is a key element in a properly functioning sauna. Euro Sauna Corp. takes great care to provide the bathers with the most comfortable climate possible. This means oxygen rich air is drawn into the sauna through the heater and drawn off before it becomes soggy, thus providing maximum efficiency and comfort. Circulating airflow in the sauna cabin also enables the bather to enjoy the most out of sauna fragrances and their health benefits.
Bench System
- Our benches are all removable and slideable for easy cleaning. Commercial saunas, are fitted with a height adjustable bench system . Sloped or uneven floors are no problem and again, no wood touches the floor. As a result no water from floor cleaning will be affecting the wood. Every single bench element is planed sanded and fastened with stainless steel screws. All bench screws are countersunk and screwed in from the bottom so there will be no contact between bathers and metal. This will also preserve the beauty of your benches since there will be no discoloring where wood, metal and moisture could meet.
- Entrance areas of Euro Sauna Corp. sauna units will not leave you with cold feet since we outfit all our rooms with duck boards for your comfort.

Heaters
- Our heaters and controls can be considered top of the line models. Engineered to the highest efficiency and the smallest possible sizes with stainless steel body and double baffle system. Our “Special Edition “ Heaters come with a life time warranty!!
- The outside of any Euro Sauna Corp. can be made to meet almost any of your requirements e.g. cedar panels such as the inside, wall papered, stuccoed or faced with anything to accommodate its desired surrounding. All our “Insert Saunas” are faced with high-grade plywood on the outside of the panels.
- Sizes and shapes of Euro Sauna Corp.sauna units are custom-made to your space and shape requirements and not to rigid standard units.
